Chief/Bauer Service Experts Convoys to Toys For Tots

Christmastime tends to put people in the generous spirit and Chief/Bauer Service Experts is always honored to give to Toys For Tots this time of year. The Chief/Bauer Team has contributed to the local Toys for Tots for several years and have a whole lot of fun doing it. General Manager Brad Houchens provides his available funds every year to send his employees to the store to buy “a WHOLE BUNCH” of toys, according to Rhonda Thomas, Sales Coordinator for Chief/Bauer. The toys are handed out to the technicians as they take off for their first morning calls and they all drive over to the Toys For Tots drop-off, which was at the Champaign Toys R Us and Babies R Us this year.

“The techs really enjoy taking the toys to the drop,” said Rhonda. “Sending the team in a big convoy the way we do creates a real sense of teamwork, not to mention gets the crew in the giving spirit.”

These pictures were screen-shots from the Facebook Live video that WIXY 100.3 posted on the day of the drive. The smiles on the team’s faces say everything.
